From a distance, Tecman might look similar to other software businesses, but come a little closer and you’ll see we are so much more than that.
From the incredible office building (it’s really something), right through to our health and wellbeing yoga classes and occasional ice cream van, it’s no surprise that our employees feel that Tecman is a ‘Great Place to Work’ for 2021.
In August, we asked all of our employees (long-serving, new, remote and on-site) to submit their honest opinions and feedback on how we are doing as a business and what we could improve on. Following this survey, we have now been recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’ certified company for a third year, as 98% of employees share that we have an amazing company culture with a welcoming atmosphere. That’s pretty special!
But what is a ‘Great Place to Work’ certification, we hear you ask?
A ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification is a badge of honour that validates and celebrates the employee experience and workplace culture that we have built on over the years. Not only does this mean we have a high retention rate, with some employees still standing since day one(!), but it also means we’re able to attract incredible talent, much like the 18 new members of this year’s academy programme, who are already doing a fantastic job in their new roles.
In turn, that means that our customers are getting the very best service and experience, as our teams enjoy what they do in a company they love doing it for – it’s a win, win all round.
But we’re not stopping there.
What happens next?
Because this is our third time being recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’ certified company (with 2017 and 2019 under our belt, too), we are only going to keep on striving to make Tecman one of the most sought-after Microsoft Dynamics partners in the UK - for both employees and customers alike.
