There’s so much for you to get your teeth into with the latest release! Generate and join Microsoft Teams calls directly from within CRM – so no more wasting time switching between applications. Improved integration between mobile phones and the Dynamics 街霸5 Sales Mobile App will mean records of calls made from your mobile phone will be pushed into CRM

Microsoft has really focused on personalisation in the Dynamics 街霸5 Marketing updates. Our Marketing team is very excited about some of these developments and can’t wait to start playing with these new features. There’s “hyper personalised next best content selection”(or in English, the ability to personalise email content even further!), new triggers, and clever automation to really step up your marketing game.

You can also now access marketing insights (such as when marketing emails, forms, and pages are sent, opened and submitted, etc.) amongst phone calls, tasks etc. on a contact’s timeline. This unified view of activity is such a game-changer and will make finding the insights quick and easy!

In Dynamics 街霸5 Customer Service there are improved SLA’s to help you to smash your targets. You can now incorporate calendars to take into account holidays, downtime, etc. for a true picture of what’s possible.

Plus there’s also improvements to;

  • Activity lists
  • Form designer
  • Editable grids

Let’s not forget the Power Platform which is really coming into its own with tons of new features to explore! There’s the ability to create new app tables in Excel and then import them into the Power Platform and to read unstructured data within the AI Builder, support for files and images in Power Apps as well as proactive collaboration when building canvas apps. There are also better ways to help businesses to manage their Power Automate flows, alongside easier data integrations, as well as personalised questions within Power Virtual Agents and improved integrations between Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
